This company charged my credit card right away and then didn't ship the items for weeks later. Some of the items weren't shipped and they haven't issued a refund for those items. On June 3, 2009 Colin agreed that I was entitled to a refund of $348.62. After I kept bugging them because they hadn�t issued the credit, he referred it to the accounting department. The accounting department has not answered any of my emails or issued the refund.
